Marketing Manager + Executive Assitant
ABOUT US:
Brandify is a creative studio and strategic partner to health and wellness practitioners who are ready to elevate their digital presence. We don’t just design pretty websites—we build brands and websites backed by marketing strategy that actually convert. We’re here to make sure our clients' websites feel like their online home—designed to scale, support their growth, and clearly communicate who they are and what they offer.
Right now, we're expanding—and we’re looking for a proactive, creative, Type A marketing brain who’s equally excited to take the lead on marketing strategy and support the back end of our business.
OVERVIEW:
This hybrid role blends the strategic mindset of a marketing manager with the systems-savvy reliability of an executive assistant. You’ll be supporting everything from content creation and email marketing to inbox management, launch implementation, and day-to-day business operations.
We’re looking for someone to become Angelique’s (founder) right hand—not just to execute, but to think alongside me and help bring our marketing and internal operations to life in a way that’s organized, aligned, and scalable.
You’re a blend of strategy and structure. A creative thinker with a get-it-done attitude. The type of person who loves color-coded calendars AND crafting a killer email campaign. If that’s you—we should talk.
STARTING RATE: $7 USD per hour (negotiable & willing to pay higher rates based on experience)
HOURS: 10 - 15 hours per week (with room to increase hours over time)
LOCATION PREFERENCE: Cebu, Philippines (must be based here—timezone and long-term culture fit matters to us)
START DATE: May 2025
About The Role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
MARKETING MANAGEMENT
Plan, organize, and repurpose content across social (Instagram/TikTok), Flodesk emails, and Kajabi pages
Support marketing funnels: from lead magnets to email sequences to quiz funnels
Oversee content scheduling + track what’s working
Collaborate on campaigns, launches, and offers
Help write social/email copy (with support from me)
Coordinate testimonials, case studies, and content assets
Organize branding assets for social and sales pages
Design simple visuals using Canva (and/or manage templates)
Track ideas, manage content calendars, and optimize existing funnels
EXECUTIVE + CLIENT SUPPORT
Inbox management: responding to general emails and organizing client communication
Support with client onboarding and offboarding
Help manage ClickUp tasks, Slack updates, and team/client deadlines
Set up calls, manage my schedule, and track business to-dos
Handle internal file organization (Google Drive, Canva, etc.)
Prep for launches, projects, and sales pushes
Keep track of metrics and marketing performance (optional, but awesome if you love numbers)
WHO YOU ARE:
Based in Cebu and excited to grow in a long-term role
Strong communicator (written + verbal, in English)
Exceptionally organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
Confident juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities
You get design—even if you’re not a designer (aesthetics matter)
Excited to take ownership and grow with a values-driven brand
Great at figuring things out (hello, Google + YouTube tutorials!)
Comfortable asking questions and bringing solutions
Calm, grounded, and easy to work with
Bonus: You love marketing and wellness as much as we do
RED FLAGS (No Thanks If…)
You ghost, procrastinate, or avoid hard conversations
You need to be micromanaged to get things done
You’re looking for a short-term role or stepping stone
You don’t actually like marketing or admin tasks
You aren’t interested in growing with us long term
OUR TOOLS:
ClickUp (project management)
Slack (team + client communication)
Flodesk (email marketing)
Kajabi (sales funnels + checkout)
Canva (design templates)
Zapier (automation)
ManyChat (Instagram DMs)
If you already know these—amazing. If not, we’re happy to teach the right person who’s hungry to learn.
WHO’S THE BEST FIT?
You're part creative, part systems nerd, and all heart. You’re not just looking for “a job.” You’re looking to be part of something where your ideas are valued and your work actually matters.
You’re:
A marketing nerd who gets giddy over launch timelines and funnel automations
A grounded, Type A gal who helps creative visionaries stay organized
Someone who genuinely loves our industry (wellness, design, service-based biz)
Naturally systems-minded and always thinking three steps ahead
A thoughtful communicator who knows when to lead and when to support
Excited to play a big part in a growing team and make your mark
Bonus if you have…
A background in marketing or design
You love video editing and have experience editing reels/TikToks
An eye for aesthetic design (you like making things look good)
Familiarity with how a design or marketing agency runs
Long-term vision and IN-trapreneurial energy. You have entrepreneurial spirit, but want to build your career within an organization that cares about your long-term career goals.
LONG-TERM VISION:
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us for the long haul. If you’re excited to take on more responsibility over time and potentially grow into a Marketing & Operations lead—we’re here for it. 💫
This is NOT a good fit for someone looking to juggle 10 freelance clients. We want someone who feels aligned with our brand and is excited to invest in it like their own.
SCHEDULE & COMMITMENT:
Slack check-ins daily (M–F)
Weekly and monthly team check-ins
Flexible hours—just need some overlap with me (Angelique) and responsiveness for project timelines
3-month trial period to make sure it’s a great fit for both of us
Long-term opportunity to grow into more hours or more leadership
